What we collect
When you request a visit we collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, borough, the type of visit, the preferred time and any scheduling note you write. When you use the chat we keep your name, optional email and your messages.
Please do not send diagnoses, medical records or insurance numbers through the website. We collect health details by phone and at the visit.
How we use it
Only to schedule and confirm your visit or class and to answer your questions. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Where it is stored
Requests and chat messages are stored with our database provider (Supabase) in the United States, with access limited to our nurses. Your browser also keeps your chat conversation so you can come back to it.
Your choices
Call us to see, correct or delete your information.
