What we collect

When you request a visit we collect your name, your cell phone number (we text you a code to confirm the request), your email if you give it, the visit address and ZIP code, the borough, the type of visit, the preferred time and any scheduling note you write.

Please do not send diagnoses, medical records or insurance numbers through the website. We collect health details by phone and at the visit.

How we use it

Only to schedule and confirm your visit or class and to answer your questions. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored with our database provider (Supabase) in the United States, with access limited to our nurses and staff.

Your choices

Call us at (877) 227-3303 (1-877-CARE-303) or email skillednursevisit@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Visit statistics and cookies

We count visits to this website ourselves, to learn how people find us — for example through Google, Facebook, Instagram, the QR code on our flyer, or by typing our address — and to improve the site. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other outside tracking service. This information is never sold or shared.

If you choose Accept, your browser keeps a random visitor number (it is not linked to your name) and a number for the current visit, so we can tell a new visitor from a returning one. With each page you open we record: the page; the name of the website or the campaign tag that brought you (only the site's name, never the full address of the page you came from); whether you use a phone, tablet or computer; the language of the site; your approximate location (city and state, worked out from your internet connection — we do not store your IP address); and whether you opened the booking form, sent a booking request, tapped our phone number or changed the language. When you send a booking request, we note on it how you first found us.

If you choose Decline, or have not chosen yet, nothing is stored in your browser for statistics and no visitor number is used. We only count the page view itself, anonymously — the page, the referring site's name or campaign tag, the device type, the language and the approximate city — so it cannot be linked to you or to your other page views. Browsers that send “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” are treated as Decline.

Never collected for statistics: your name, phone number, email, address, anything you type into a form, your IP address, or medical information.

Where it is kept: in our own database (Supabase, in the United States), readable only by our staff. Statistics are deleted after 13 months.

What stays in your browser: your choice itself (so we don't ask again), your language choice, and — only if you accept — the random visitor number and how you first found us. We do not use advertising cookies.

Cookie settings

You can change your choice at any time. Declining deletes the visitor number from your browser right away.
